My mind speaks #5

My mind speaks #5

A Poem by Ayushi Jha

Dark was the leaf,
where the world did not see.
None he made ill,
little good did chip in.
The sun, the dew,
blind of the shadowed side,
the smaller florets might have feared the night.
But dark was the leaf,
where the world did not see.

there is a darkness within us...others don't see that...only we go there...
there is light...but we have to feel ready and willing to go there...

otherwise our leaf will never reach color from the sun...it will stay dark...and then rot in autumn and fall from the tree....and few will see.

I like the flow of thoughts and the underlining whisper in the poetry that leave the reader with a understanding. Few see real person and soul. Thank you Ayushi for sharing the amazing poetry.
