This is about a broken relationship and the point of view from the person who wronged their love.

My mouth cannot speak,

My hand cannot write,

These eraser marks,

Are my stuttering words,

Trying to break free,

Release from my throat,

And exclaim my secret.

If I could say what I want to say,

This would be it:

I messed up

Am I forgiven?

Do you still feel something?

Did I destroy my chance?

If my words would come out,

I would ask when you smile,

Is it out of joy or sadness?

Is there still trust between us?

Still a spark?

But I stay silent,

In the endless day dream,

That we will be,

Together.
