My brain goes crazy
As I pull at my scalp
My nails bloody
Sin in my mouth
Clumps of hair fall
From my head
Stress beyond stress
Wish I was dead

I think you've said all you need to say right here. In other words, you pretty much get right to the point. Wish I had an answer for you to but I don't. Unless you wanted to add something after the last line to turn it around and make it positive I would leave it as is.
