Roses

Roses

A Poem by SuperRandomAlien
"

It's a poem, what do you want?

"

Such a secret I despise,

roses whisper through the vines,

pondering on what they may,

'contradicting' some may say,

interrupting other's thoughts,

with their beauty and their knots,

undisputed facts turn wrong,

the roses mind does not belong,

in the world of crazy men,

and the rage of regretful sin,

a challenge to the forlorn heart,

is not to tear the thorns apart.

I loved this flow. But only twelve lines? Crazy men and roses happening in the
same poem is quite an event and held my interest to the very end.
good work, dana

Doesn't seem like it because this poem is so divine, love the contradicting nature, I think it's perfect the way it is, especially the flowing rhythm and lovely lyrics so sublime :)

I think it's interesting how the idea in this was expressed. Just one thing, the flow of it was kind of lost in the line "and the rage of regretful sin," it didn't rhyme like the other lines had, so I think that's what it needs. Apart from that it was really nice. I loved the first two lines, they just sounded great.

To be 'young and inexperienced' you did a very good job.
I only have one complaint: The flow was kind of messed up in the line: and the rage of regretful sin but unfortunately I can't really think of a suggestion as a replacement so maybe I shouldn't have complained. And now I'm just rambling.
Point is: Good job and keep it up. Practice makes perfect
