This is a poem about growing beans.

We have beans growing up the wall

Who'd've thought?

Me and you, you and me, growing these beans

together (well, if I am honest

when I am honest)

its mainly you

growing your beans

that we will (hopefully)

eat one day.

Fresh beans with your fresh

bean flowers

in the slanting sun.
