MemoryA Poem by AshlynnAAt some point this will stop. The busyness of feet Rushing of words left unsaid. At some point we will realize How that kiss was more than just soft The importance of your touch At some point I will be found In your arms, on your bed Beneath you body you will feed me With love and intimacy and truth But, at some point that will stop too. It will end with a breathless sigh Become a memory in time At some point I will no longer be As beautiful As bright As you once seen me. Oh memory how you fail me How you play on my mind At some point it has to stop.
