When no one is around

That hello which you say to me

When I am not about to

Strengthens my love towards you

 

You may not know

How much pleased I am to receive them

But the thing you know

Is that I never persuaded you

Which soothes your mind

And crushes my heart

Makes our relationship stable

 

If I was ever able

I would have told you long back

But the fear that I’ll lose you for good

Those useless teasing

Those nonsense words

Has put us into

Two different worlds

From where you don’t want to come out

Come in front of me

Making me feel pathetic

Making me regret my decision

 

In which language should I convey this to you

That how much I love you

How much I miss you

How much I long for you

Only because of those teasing our relationship ended

A relationship which started four years ago

Which had the feeling of friendship

Feeling of respect

Feeling of love

 

Now that it’s ended

And I cannot approach you anymore

I just want to tell you that

Even for a moment if you look back

You’ll find me

Still waiting for you

Not as a lover

But at least as a friend

 

Cause I cannot live without you

Nor do I want to do so

I want you in my life

I want you to take me in your life

Just like it was earlier

Can’t we just start over once again?
