Don’t stereotype me

Don’t stereotype me

A Poem by Jordan S
"

A Jsurry Original.

"

Just because I’m tall

I can hear you from up here

I can’t see my house from here

And I can’t touch cloud nine

Just because I’m tall

It doesn’t mean I can slam dunk

Doesn’t mean I’m a track star

Or jump a hurdle

Just because I’m tall

Doesn’t mean to block you view on purpose

Doesn’t mean I buy my closes in a special store

Doesn’t mean I can reach that

Doesn’t mean what I’m saying is over your head

Doesn’t mean that sticks and stones can’t break my bones and your words can still hurt me

Just because I’ m tall don’t stereotype me
