Russian RouletteA Poem by Endereveryday is just another mock, to your already pathetic existence.Rejected, dejected, denied and refused. I seemed to get more bad luck than good.
Life played me in a game of Russian roulette, and dare I open my eyes & hope?
Happiness seemed only to be from a warm trigger clicking with an alluring enticement, that might release the pain?
One empty shot I thought, and five filled painful destinies awaiting- after a crackling boom.
Every morning was another shot to my heart, the dawn reminded me of my unaccomplished dreams.
Dare I count the odds against me? Dare I cry for a blank- since my morning already is dead. © 2011 EnderAuthor's Note
