To William

A message to a lover.

Please tell him I will miss him

When fate bids us apart

For though we love each other

Ours is a hopeless art.

The time with him I spent

Is best of all the  best

A "then" worth looking back

As bird longs for its nest.

This poem will cause him heartache

But dread not the goodbyes

I'm sure we're soulmates somewhere

Where our forever lies...

I challenged myself to write a poem in less than 10 minutes. This is what I've come up with.

We have the same color preference, too. Actually my fave color is blue, not only because it's the lucky color of Virgo, but also it's the coolest color for me - the color of the sky, ocean, sleep, twilight. I also like pink, since it makes a good combination with blue...so pretty and feminine.
