Angle of mercy

tone poem i had to write for english class

Every excuse could be given

they'd do no good

more lie couldn't get it back

your trust is gone

I have torn you apart

taken all you've given

tossed it to the winds

I didnt care then

yet here i am, feeling this guilt

wish for your love

hoping you'll forget

but how can you forgive somone

who cant forgive them self?

i am to late

you are already gone

someday we'll meet up again

until then angle of mine

i pray for you forgiveness

It is miserable to be in a relationship in which, in the end, your partner considers you, your love, and sharing time with you, as expendable until after you have been shut out.
