A poem in the Chant form

You think I’m young, my spirit’s too free...

How dare you patronize me!

You think I’m weird, far past unique...

How dare you patronize me!

You think I’m foolish, crazy and unruly...

How dare you patronize me!

I’ve come to a conclusion, a sort of epiphany...

How dare you patronize me!

You words, your thoughts, delivered unjustly...

how dare you patronize me!

I’ll stand up tall, just wait and see....

How dare you patronize me!
