Far Above or Close

Far Above or Close

A Poem by Angel Veselinov
"

This piece came out very strange :) I really would like to share your opinion on it ? Did you like it how does it felt. Do you think there is any hidden meaning to it ? Is it the message nice ??

"
Far above the clouds i stand
far above the piles of sand

Far above the lonely sky
far above love of my

Far above the highest mountain
far above the strongest fountain

Far is everything it seems
far as open minded dreams

Close is love within a reach
close like pebbles on the beach

Close the door after you leave
Close tobacco in a leaf

Closer to unfinished end
loosing all the time you spent

Closer reading every line
closer but there is no time

I like this one, as well as your other poems, I regret not reading them sooner! You have some great work going on here and I can only hope you'll keep doing this, you have a nice way with words and it's easy to relate to them as well. :)

I like the way this reads, have read it aloud too .. it has a distinct meter which helps your words flow so well.

In places your English is a little off, but to me that adds charm, I can't quite understand all of your poem, but perhaps you've written deliberately in a surreal way to give a two world feeling ..

I like the rhythm and rhyme that brings this piece together, excellent choice of words to convey your feelings. Great job, well done

a suggestion as well how about "far above the coldest fountain" idk just thought that sounded nice
A very great read glad you requested me to read. This poem makes a difference and it just seems like it should well-put and well-said to explain...

Only one suggestion- The last line in stanza two was hard to understand. Perhaps change it to, "far above [this love of mine]."

Only a suggestion. Other than that, the rhyme scheme was very agreeable. Very perplexing and thought-inducing.
