Overdose

Overdose

A Poem by Angel Veselinov

 You think you are felicitious,

in front of the mirror you pose

You had a thing delicious,

but now you die of an overdose

It weren't just you emotions

It wasn't even you mind

It was a drug dealer promotion

It was a drug of a new kind

The world of happiness and forgiveness

The world you never knew

The world everything is forgiven

The world everyone likes you

But now your time is just over

Your life seems with no reason at all

The hope long ago flew over

You long ago said bye to all.

Such raw emotions here
Open and straight to the point.
Very well expressed.
