Lonely Valentine

Lonely Valentine

A Chapter by Luna

Boxes of chocolates,
Teddy bears,
Red roses,
Balloons.
Boys hand them to a girl,
Trying to win them over.
I get none,
I'm the lonely girl,
Valentineless,
Wishing and hoping
But knowing it won't happen.

Same thing happened to me this year... I starting to think that Valentines day is a pretty worthless holiday. I like this poem :)

A sad poem. Being a observer in some of the many Holidays leave us hoping. Description and story was very good. Thank you.
