Caught

Caught

A Chapter by Luna

“Oh shush.” I laugh as Jacob and I approach the abandoned corner, the corner where we can never be found. He pulls me into his arms, wrapping them tight around me as he kisses me.

“Oh, I don’t want to. I want to call out my feelings to the world. I just want to yell out I love Autumn!” He pulls me in for another kiss, turning me away from the crowd of people in the hall as he keeps showering my face with kisses.

“Oh be quiet! Angela is already suspicious and with the way you carry on, you are going to give us away before the end of Biology!” I smack his chest, trying to give myself a little breathing room so I can catch my ragged breath, my breath that was lost with our kissing.

“I think we should just come out and tell her. I mean, what is the point of hiding it? I want to declare my love for you to the world!” I start laughing, knowing that he means what he says.

“Ha, don’t worry about telling Angela. She already knows. Autumn, I though you said nothing is happening, that I could trust you. Thanks for lying!” Angela yells, coming out of the crowd and watching as Jacob kisses my cheek, ignoring that she was even there. I push out of his grip, walking towards her to try to talk to her, try to make her understand.

                “Angela, let me explain…”

“Explain? Explain what? How you have been going out with the guy who I told you that I loved! What, you think my emotions are all a joke, that they mean nothing? What type of sick friend are you!” She storms off, running straight to Biology. Tears begin to run down my cheeks as Jacob comes up to me, wrapping his arms around me and rubbing my hair calmingly as he whispers soothing words into my ear.

“Everything will be fine, you’ll see. She is just irritated at the moment but she won’t be mad long. It’ll be ok.” Tears run onto his shirt as the bell rings overhead. We walk to class together, letting go of each other’s hand only when we walk into the room. Angela has moved seats, sitting on the opposite side of the room, glaring at me with pure hatred.

Am I a genius or what?! XD
See, I think that Angela is the most hurt because she found out she can't trust her friend. Hmm, I wonder what happens next. Several things can happen, but I'll hold back my predictions, I'll just find out on my own. Next.
