HomeA Poem by KAJWhen home is too many miles and years away
Lazy hills under the moon.
The sun wakes to sleep again soon. Light burst through holes in the dark. Rhythm of life, sign of the lark. Shooting stars tickle the air. Fireflies release dreams on a dare. Rainbows hide between the days. Wishing the clock will come and stay. Endless talk and darling songs. Forever young and twice as long. Soft dance under shady trees. Kisses whisper across the breeze. Laughter binds heart to heart. Follow its path two worlds apart. Draped in love hug the flowers. Seconds to minutes, hide the hours.
