Time is precious

Time is precious

A Poem by Amila Jay
"

something that popped into my mind about time

"
The sun burns away the time,
the time that ticks away at the second,
the second that makes us think about the minute,
the minute that we wasted,
and you will say,
just a minute ago I was doing this,
and the next minute wont tell you,
and any minute will take your life away.

very graceful juxtaposition... I like how you string the sentences and with the sentenses, the words and the meaning...

just the font size I do not like, but now that i think of it, you could have used the font/size to further emphasize on this 'eating away' of time...

Lovely

Not much wording but the wording is strong with this poem. It creates a sense of bitterness towards wasted life. I found it pretty strong with the flow as well. A poem is only as good as it's flow, in my opinion and I have plenty of it. Good read!

Views...There wasn't a single thing about it I didn't like. From the thought provoking theme, to the flow to the font. A terrific piece of work. Thank you for posting it.
