Revenge

just thoughts whirling by...

In the twilight
She'd seek his heart
Through a dark forest
Succumbing to the pain
Of the injuries he caused
As tears of blood dry through her veins
With every step of courage
Making her way to seek his heart
And burn him in his revenge

This is nice but im having trouble with the entire image, I'm trying to play it in my head I think it is too short. That might be it or maybe im just not analyzing it good enough. I love your vocabulary though, short but swift to grab the readers attention. You use your words correctly, thank heavens you have absolutly no idea how many time I have read a piece of poetry that that words to not make sense to what the writer is trying to say. NO matter that is not you so good work :) keep it up I am looking forward to reasing more pieces of your poetry have a good day.

i very much like this poem...the darkness, the imagery you use makes us feel your poetry...i wanted to read the last line : "And burn him in her revenge"

and not sure of the capital letters to start every line..but this makes the reader feel that he is glad he is not the one spoken about...because there is much danger.

she will play him for the fool...grab his heart and then twisted into shreds.
