Ocean and Clouds

Ocean and Clouds

A Poem by Arjuwan Lakkdawala

Poem

"
In a far away dream like a fallen raindrop that refused to leave its home.

Saw myself sleeping between a raging ocean and a stormy sky.

My pink dress and its long sleeves flew down like treasures trying to return to the depths.

A mysterious ship of hope or danger was coming out of the mist in the distance.

Between worlds I waited for this tale to have life where it belonged.

In ocean or clouds.
