A poem like a canvas when we bring several different dabs of paint to express our grief. We point to the sky ... people ... the divine ... and a promise to ourselves not to forget the love. Put in place in such haphazardness that we can't help but feel your trembling ... at the very thought of life's unexpectedness ... its suddenness ... and the experience of immortality. Taking place as it does in the midst of our own endeavors in life ... it sometimes suggests a similar message for all of us.
Nicely done Huckleberry ... certainly one of your best ... in the way it showcases the responses of the passions in their natural qualities. Well done.

Ach, sweet peace thereafter one hopes. If you focus squarely on what life is it is truly difficult to see any purpose other than some inexplicable necessity for it to be. All the reasons for that being are ones we make up to console ourselves. My hope is that the end when it comes, truly is an end without equivocation.
This piece is beautiful! Strong, yet so peacefully solumn. Such terrible things that one sees in their life, and experiences, but that is also a gift, to be able to taste of death and yet till be able to breathe and rebuild from the ashes of said life passed. We are reborn every day, in every way. I truely believe that is what God intended, so that we might know the joy of overcoming. Beautiful, I love the way the line about the stars stuck within my psyche throughout the duration of this prose. Marvelously done!
This is definitely an interesting piece. I find it whimsical yet solemn in the same moment. It could use some work though. I can't quite put my finger on what, but to me it feels like it's not complete.
