I enjoyed this Tate. Beautiful picture! "except you become as little children"... Matthew 18:3 We must accept grace in faith and trust as if we were innocent and not cynical and scarred patrons of the world. It's not easy to trust once you've been betrayed. It's not easy to give your heart once it's been broken. It's not easy to love without boundaries or expectations or conditions. But God wants those who have known betrayal. Christ knew Judas. God desires the broken hearted. "The Lord is near to them that are of a broken heart." Psalm 34:18 And what does God say to those He asks if they love Him? "Feed my lambs." John 21:15

Fabian Nice to hear from you . I just to want to grow old watching my son grow up
Well the picture did it for me. I have two spawn of my own you know - and there's something about babies....makes us idiots. They do and I'm not ashamed to admit it. But the poem too. It is a heartfelt wish - the first verse spoke the loudest to me but the whole poem was a heart tug.

MAN to MAN... Tete a TATE
War, capitalism, communism, hate. anger. money, Christianity, Islam, boredom. pollution. retail therapy, medication, taxes and taxis, fast cars and petrol, the media, diets and obesity, greed and the concept of perpetual growth are all myths. There are only a very few universal truths.... or are there any at all?
Embrace chaos.... it's the only thing that's perfectly ordered.
What goes around comes around. Everything on this speherical planet is cyclical.... the days, the seasons, the tides, fertility, life, growth, death and decay, the water cycle, the rock cycle, the carbon cycle .... Ebb and flow, give and take, tick-tock, lub-dup.... Love and be loved.
Such a well penned piece...not a word out of place. You've driven deep the spike of honesty and emotion with this one. I felt to my core the deep sense of desire to "be" the person that we are all intended to be. Inspirational...
