This boy cared about a girl but did her wrong behind her back, so she's just asking the questions why. After the all the feelings she thought was there.

Why did you do it?

Why did you break my heart?

I thought that you cared for me,

I thought you didn't want us to part,

 

Burning on the inside,

My heart filled with flames,

My eyes filled with water,

Cause you caused me so much pain,

 

Why you just couldn't tell me?

Why behind my back?

If you did what you said from the beginning,

We wouldn't have to go through that,

 

I cared for you,

I thought you were the one,

But I guess you never know,

Until you feel like you weigh a ton,

 

What does she have that I don't?

Is she better than me?

Who can care for you like I do?

Open your eyes and see,

 

So I guess we say good-bye,

But I will always keep you in my heart,

I won't have all the feelings I had for you,

Because this is the end of the mark.
