a poem i wrote about my unborn baby. i wrote it on the 12th of march in 2012

Its been a year since you were

due and mommy cant hold it in.

 

you made her feel something so strong

she cant help but cry it out.

 

you've changed mommy's life so much

she wishes you were here.

 

mommy cant keep holding on cuz

she's afraid you'll disappear.

 

mommy wants to cry right now

but doesnt want anyone to see.

 

why did this happen

to a girl like me.

 

maybe it wasnt meant to be

but it still hurts inside.

 

you're loved and miss only by me

maybe more but its hard to see.

 

why couldnt you be here

celebrating your birthday.

 

i miss you so much baby

i want you here with me
