scars

my scars are marks that make me

every curve and line describes a moment in my life

something that made such a difference that it had to lay marks on my skin

sometimes I make these marks 

other marks are by fate.

they are a symbol of my triumphs,

and of my agonies.

They are me.

and I wouldn't trade them for anything.
