I Smile in Your Sleep

I Smile in Your Sleep

A Poem by justAnumber
"

Love, in my own words.

"
if you find yourself so lucky
you'll come across a feel
one that would make another jealous
for this one would kill
such a wonderful feeling of joy this brings
such an optimistic sense it seems
to run, everytime the damn phone rings
but fun, if the voice's what you want it to be
to give it all up, just to say 'we'
to allow the small little everything
for there's no problems to even think
post a tug on the arm and a kiss on the cheek
oh, what one would give only to keep
this feeling inside for eternity
one couldn't start to explain these things
how the smallest adjust could push one to speak
if you find yourself so lucky
you'll come across a feel
one that would make another jealous
for this one would kill
this feeling is love but more than a word
can be the most attractive, as well the most absurd
can drive one to drink, or drive where preferred
it sends one to places that one's only heard
mandatorily mutual or others incurred
one would ___________ fill in the verb
do anything to be seen or be heard
a definite audience words never slurred
all of life can seem so deferred
yet when one plus one is one, its learned
give what one can, eventually in turn
one, if lucky, recieves back a simple little word
