The Lady

The Lady

A Poem by Greg the Bard

The Lady

Her movements are frozen in time

She watches as admirers pass by

Her strength must be respected true

She holds her pose while others die

The greatness of the female for

Showing the abundance of God’s joy

Stark in man’s memory sound

For all to have as collectors adore

Her grace complete and without shame

She cares not for the thought of blame

She wears her pride as only a woman can

Her balance is true and above the scorn of man

Bravado is erotic silhouette

The blush of a cheek with no regret

Ancient forms from long ago

Gives credence to times anew
