Fate

Fate

A Poem by AR Dipu
"

Those words suddenly came to my mind. So, I wrote it down. I don't know whether I violate any rules of poetry or not. If I did, please pardon me.

"

And then there was darkness

Darkness everywhere

The night seemed darker

So as the day!

It seemed someone was screaming

Inside and outside

The sound was horrible

It felt someone was ripping out her heart

I can sense the fear in her eyes

I can imagine her bloodless face

There wasn’t any hope

Not anything to live another second

No purpose, nothing to expect

Maybe she was wishing for the death.

But death was smiling

As this is not the time for her.

Suddenly one fine evening miracle happens

Something comes with lights

Light that is brighter than sunshine

Darkness removed

Removed from everywhere

She smiled after a long while

And find a purpose to live another second

Death stated smiling once again

For now, this is the time for her to leave!

She wasn’t upset for now

As she knew at least she lived for a moment!
