There are too many police officers that do not follow good rules around, right?

1) The arrest is when you pull over a vehicle and force them by government power to change their plans, just going wherever.

2) You cannot arrest children by police lights.

3) To arrest somebody, you have to have justified violation of the law.

4) You can just follow whoever until they stop.

5) There may be limited ability to stop a vehicle if there is an emergency like dangerous driving.

This is the view that I like!
