You are not allowed to pull over cars, but Then again, if there is an emergency, maybe you can! What do you mean you can slow down traffic? For what? What justifies arresting all those children?!?!?!? Can't be drugs, prostitution, or gambling, right??? That means that is the law! What about a pedestrian in the crosswalk? Does that allow an arrest of adults or children? Come on! This would be so bad if you didn't *also* bomb children! RIGHT?!?!? RIGHT!!!!!
