How is everybody doing?

We need to do a new magical body spell:

1) Too many (roughly) building supplies as seen by a view at the time of your body, just my magic views

  -  watch these mostly get turned into waste taking other unwanted waste products with them, a body cleansing

2) Bone durability/strength, muscle speed, nervous system speed, muscle strength/lifting capacity

3) (optional) 1.6 pounds of fat and/or muscle gone to tone your body a little and make it more your preferred view

4) (optional, and I wonder on this one, a winner a sign) The new muscle, the muscle that is so, so, so much better than the rest of your muscle, where appropriate.

This is my lewd request of magic.  Watch it SGIN:YES fix a lot of our body problems.  Probably, I will take all of the above to make sure it is safe for you and to get the super-voom.

This will also be at the CIA, Germany, Pakistan, FBI, Writer's Cafe, and other places.  About everybody will do it.  This was well-designed, but these bodies have their lacking.
