  1a) You did not try the "might"

2) Everything you prescribe seems to include "an orgasm"

3) You are more afraid of having your license revoked than lawsuits for bad medicine.

4) Everything you prescribe has the side effect of a 5 hour hard-on.

5) You do "government medicine," but you do not say that you have read other, better medicine that says don't do this trick.

6) All of your medicine falls out of the sky?!?!?!?

Thank you for your response, Mr. Slaughter. Are they covered by Medicare? You bet not! Whatever I wrote, the answer from the federal government is "let them die by lack of care and love." What do you expect by The Antichrist? Barak Obama? So, we think that even Obamacare does not apply this medicine.

At any rate, I am glad you can see the dark humor in this. There were some funny ones, but you can tell I am not laughing (much).
