Breaking Bones and Broken Bones, Implant Theory...

I probably received an implant for a tooth, a titanium (very body friendly) screw into my jaw with a dental cap upon it that looks like a tooth.

If I have the procedure correct, you drill a hole into the bone and just the size of a screw that is placed in the mouth of the human being.

If you want, you could use a toothbrush and just after you get your implant (not the dental cap/crown), you could rattle the implant a little to break the bone and make it grow back stronger.

My dentist agrees that breaking the bone (generally, I add) makes it grow back stronger.  

What do we need to do with breaking bones?  What about for tragic chest collapse threatening suffocation, you hit with your hands and judicious force the chest on the front, the ribs?  So, you micro-break the chest to allow the lungs to expand more?  Something like that...
