What's up with being a prosecutor, anyways?!?!?

Excessive punishment is "The American Rule"

Ten years in prison roughly for anything?

That must be "excessive punishment," right?!?!?

No smokes

Little privacy

Too long

Who helps people get convicted of crime?

That should be against the law!!!!!

EDITOR'S NOTE:

I guess if you are trying to get the judge or jury to punish somebody, you are guilty of excessive punishment, basically.  I guess.  I want to talk to more people who study law, punishment, and prison!  Ten years for a joint?  Maybe, I guess....
