EMERGENCY BOMBMAKING, as if I know or can say as it is illegal, I guess, like fun in Germany

I don't know what to say to show Germany that they want me part of the team.  They have the public version of me, but maybe I say different things to different experts.

If you need a bomb to take out a target, go up and take a clump of hand sized gunpowder, black is fine, and make sure it has some peanut butter in it to slop in a hand shape (a new shape charge or is it old?) on the steering wheel with the small (see small explosion) side towards the person.  Put the candle wick (a candle in a pot and stirred) in the hand of the f****t in question and say, "Here hold this" and light it and go before the boom.  The shock will get them mostly even if they heard this to stay motionless and do their job.  It is gratification if you can get them to help you with their death.

If you need a C4 bomb to take out a lock on the safe (drop it or this), try 12 degree angle and 10-14 percent cut off the tip on the block, a slightly elongated rectangle.  Point the small explosion to the lock or the locking bar.

There.  Do I pass?

EMERGENCY UPDATE:  Probably, simple clay would do better to not stick to your hand like peanut butter.  What do they have to mix with...?

Watch out for our Mossad (in crowd with me) and CIA headdamaged nuclear weapon that blows up Earth.  We are on patrol for this and have magic beyond you for quite some time from now.

And, what about our headdamaged version of napalm, gasoline and styrofoam, and mixed together and when nice gel put in a round container to make a frisbee, moist in the center and dry enough outside to throw it at the face where the heat makes it stick?  A frisbee thing?  

I have some headdamaged things to say if you have not figured that out.  I declassify things slowly like my agony of not getting my true loves out of your threats to not see me or talk to me, slow, painful damage!  They only do that for so long, and don't blame me if they kill Angela Merkel.
