Change that law, perhaps to, "In germany, you can view pornography if you are old enough to do it, and we note that we care."  A good law, I think.

Angela Merkel, you are summoned to the bundesrat (did i get that right) to answer as to what laws can be changed and to give fast, accurate advice since it is ALL a German emergency.  If somebody better is found, give them a chance to talk.  I think you would HAVE TO do at least an alright job of that!

You could view this as a PROMOMTION to a chancellor of all time like the miligtary leader doing his thing.  Such emergecy handling in that one.  Fine.  Do it!
