It is not a bad prescription, perhaps for Celexa, to build up an amount that is non-offensive such as a 20 pill 4 times a day for a week, or 1 a day for two weeks.

I wish I could rely upon more psychiatrists to help, but I have stern requirements for professionalism, and I am blessed with one psychiatrist who really cares and is doing a really good job.  I was so blessed!

I said, i think, that it is possible that all anti-anxieties should be taken as needed, and this is a good thing to put into the reading materials.  It was said, and for some people it might be right like me.  I don't want to be a pill popping freak, but you should feel the anxiety of so many lives here on Earth that depend upon you for security and also for progress.  That is the nature of some of my anxiety, no doubt!  ouch!  And, I am so just learning.
