Good and Evil II and III (who cares?)

1) "Not in my backyard," and

2) "Ask first."

There.  If you have a new person who is born with English and another language (or any language) and that understands good and evil pretty well and also who is ESP-ENABLED (don't try that - learn, I guess), then you know what to do: "Good and evil is pretty much ask first.  Ask me if you want to do something, please.  I will try to care for you."  That's it!

EDITOR'S LATER NOTE:

I guess the law of the people of the world is "Smoke your marijuana, but not in my backyard.  And, be careful trying to rape my daughter..."  Not in my backyard.

Another way to say that is also "ask first."  you are supposed to get adults and children that can to agree to your non-abusive thing, right?

That appears to be the law of the land, what people do.  But, what about the government f**s?  They are few and far between, thankfully?  SIGN:YES.
