"So, you are anxious, and I think you might do well with Buspar."

"I might do well with Buspar?  I think I need a smoke, bro.  But, Buspar might help?"

"Buspar has been known to help."

"Well, you are the doctor.  I will take some Buspar, I guess."

"Hello.  How are you?"

"Not good.  I am already getting care, and I need my medicine."
"So, medicine for you.  You need it.  What do you need?"

"I think I need Xanax. It gets rid of my anxiety...."

"We don't have Xanax, but Buspar..."

So, what CAN you tell about somebody that is locked up in "The Funny Farm" and denied smokes?
