CSS allows you to change the entire place and make it look good in a new format if well chosen or sections.

Make graphics for quick load so that windows 98 and 95 machines will do.  Make sure to set up the to set the size and have it load and then come in when ready at same image size, a photoshop thing.

Who wants the crappy code of web construction like I think Dreamweaver, frontpage, or...   No.  Thanks but no, and I can do mockups like that!  Don't be afraid to us MS Word to make it fast!

Data validation is making sure to some degree that the input is right.  Who cares if you have morons?  you can't check for just hit the wrong zip code.
