Banning "the good stuff (for psychiatry)" because of prior drug use, especially if the other stuff is not helping or helping enough to be medicinal.

Refusing to see the clients as reasonable in what they say is an emergency.

Not having your practice large enough to get medication review in under a week at most and also phone counseling by a counselor or psychiatrist or psychologist.  Something.

Not taking in new patients for months.

I guess... if this wasn't straight garbage, sure.

You need to revamp your approach man, this is not great quality. This forced insanity bitter lunatic rejected sidekick routine is just not working out for you.
