It appears that most of our administrators are my CIA computers team that I taught to engineer well

I am so hopeful of this view of a battleship and programming.  Try a paint program to make a .gif, .jpg, or .bmp and post it here or use ASCII art like I do to try to draw it while you work.

So, what is the plan?  21 inch guns close to the command tower on front and back.  on the back a 190 howitzer battery and good shape charges by the CIA for armor-piercing and also on the front.  But, before on the front, a set or 12 or 6 inch guns?

In the back, have a short take off landing and takeoff field.

Make sure to have rocket batteries and machine guns all around.  Missiles for ships...  And, don't forget the torps.

Go like the Zumwalt destroyer?  What about having Bath Iron Works build one, allies?  Or, three.  That would be the bomb!

EDITOR'S LATER NOTE:

I like the stealth look but doubt it will work much.  What about smoke coverage for disappearing act or to punish your crew for a bad ship thing: inhale that?!?!?!?
