I assume you mean that throwing the ignition at a nuclear fissile or fissile and fusion blend or fusion project is banned. I don't want you building a TNT pile that launches at the nuclear material and blowing it up.  I am afraid this will blow up the Earth.  Give me time to develop better spacecraft first and a minimum star range of 20,000.  The 20,000th star from Earth, it's distance.  That should do.  Think before you f**k me like that and all the children of Earth.  I am pretty sure like drugs and how they are moved that the movement generated by that really, really, really affects the power, the composition of matter that is there.
