Islands built that are not needed

This impairs waterways that are needed

Needed as shared with relevant countries and the world

Forsake bad pollution standards and poor human rights

Share the money of the power consortium with your people

I assume you mean, China, that aircraft carriers will do to protect your perimeter.

You have a regional interest in the international waterways and passage through others.  Don't deny us the ability to share the oceans of the world, and you might just call it done.  No more islands built.  To kill all that wildlife, I guess?

Try coming up with a plan together as a region as to how the customs of the sea and some sharing of land that can be built got be universally or mostly accepted.

What about Japan?  Aren't things tense with them?  To have a strike fighter petition in Japan that I endorse?  They need national defense again, but...

Try to be smooth, and try to live free!  You could be less communist and more a socially minded nation, China!
