FOREIGN AID: THOUGHTS: Programs for RUSSIA!

1  Buy armor.  Find the four armorers that I keep making deals with and that sent me the most armor, doing it all the time.  look in your future talk.  Some Russians did pretty well, and word I don't want this turning into constant punishment like beating yourselves and living for you.  Do something that helps this and don't expect much from me if you can't share money in the billions or millions of dollars that Russia can get value from me.  That is charity for me, and I have little money and many friends.  If you can't pay for work, don't expect much of it.  Some charity for total losers of magic is okay even though you are evil.  you were the eviler side of a war with Ukraine.  Try to make it go away.

2  Send the daughters of Putin to 1627 Saxon Drive, Houston, Texas 77018.  USA.  I think one is interested, and I can meet them and they can have fun.  That's fun!  I can be a tour guide around here for them, and doing crimes in Hell itself, Amerika, is how we get our BAD BOYS.  You look at your crime and get thing-that-you-got, inert magic, that is symbolic of your crime, one of the most sought treasures of reality.  You want the bad boys of defying the Kingdom of Satan on Earth. I am not saying I will help, but that looks positive to me.  And, you could get massive spell supplies for billions of dollars if you bid that.  Don't expect a whole lot out of me.

3  The leadership of Putin is requested by me to return most of the money.  Billions is fine, but few of them.  There are few of you.  Do social work such as new prisons with bigger cells, rent subsidized government housing, and businesses that give all profits to charity.  Don't you need parks, monuments, and a stable economy?  Give up that approach and lighten the weight upon your souls!

4  Find a way to let people into no-reply in a big way.  I think everybody in Russia wants Putin's and my allowance for big magic by the product of the group effort, no reply jobs or just membership that Putin can give or give away to others to apply to people.  Don't remove people from this group without a good cause, please.  That's a plan!

5  Work on getting money here to get The Imperium going thee.  I have not let anybody into the imperium, and Putin, his true love, and me and one of my true loves form the supreme council of the imperium.  That means everybody comes to us for special power, the most powerful spellcasters of eternity.

It is the theory of The Imperium that you talk to people rudely that are evil and mock their lack of magical ability.  Say things like, "Peasant.  you are going to die soon!"  Peasant means people without magical power.

So, you live in a small house for concentrated place of power.  About 1500 square feet at most.  Convert this to meters.  I don't have time for that.  So, you live on magic that you cannot see through on a blank level on one planet...  One sun and one planet.  Keep it simple and strong.

I assume you mean you want to be a superpower of magic soon.  I am interested in your negotiations to leave the Ukraine, and I am not above using my power to pay for government change that meets with the interest of the people, a*****e.  So, I assume you mean....   You want magic that is ten years old and different batches, more magic, right?  I had to use power to get Satan to bribe Obama to leave Iraq on schedule, and it was about the only time we got it done.  Don't say I bought the government; satan just is not government.  It was a good deal and brought much peace.  I think it worked.

EDITOR'S LATER NOTE:  I assume you mean that the daughters are keeping the money and doing charity and economy building work with it, right?  Don't be a total f*g!

And, eternal money is mostly magical ability, money making money and spells we need.  You want to come to the most powerful country on Earth and the only real magical superpower and not bring a good time?  F**k that! 

I will send you, Putin and ally that is going good there now, something that has meaning to me.  Spells that are spell form that make magical supplies for you.  Only a few of them, and I assume you mean you will take them cut and all that injects into you or makes equipment will be fine.

Will you get some of this list done?  And, will you work on the magical power of Russia?  That would be a good deal for me and you.  Something that is precious from deep in the past, magic that was done little and strong.

Some of the supplies train you in magic.  That is what they do if you use them.  Will you comply?

EDITOR'S LATER NOTE:  I am no longer the acting leader of this country.  I quit after about 6 years for pressure on me.  I need a lot of rest for lack of most proper magical care.  I can make acts of this country if I ask my true love that is monitoring it.  What kind of programs do you want to buy here?  The mini ships in the tree in the front of my house seem to have about all the services and benefits they want.  What programs do you seek?  A Sweetie said thing...

EDITOR'S LATER NOTE:

I have high hopes for this to help negotiations.  If Russia will send army units home on vacation or just home, more POWs can be released.

And, unless there are crimes for which The Ukraine seeks redress and short like month or few years of prison is good, all POWs basically go home to Russia if this war goes away.

Can these be guiding lights to help?

I am calling Ukranian insurgents rude f*****s that did not ask to leave first, a good first step.  And, it seemed to attract total a******s.  This is called an internal security matter of just the Ukraine, them and maybe a month of prison when sentenced for unwanted war and unfair lack of negotiations.  That would perhaps be with two one day passes to get out of prison and do something like go out to eat or to a festivity?
