I had to ask one of the people on my psychiatric team that I trained personally if he thought that, generally speaking, we are seeing a collapse of traditional psychiatry, that the psychiatry of terrorism is taking over.  I had not yet explained to him my view that basically we see sleep problems and anxiety.  He had to wonder like me as well.  Word.  Be cautious and be wise and educated!
