For women with almost all women and guys who can handle it, I suggest talking about such topics as:

1) Nail polish that is difficult to remove

2) Hair spray and why it did or did not work out

3) Boys, boy, boys, and boys that you may love...

For bonus points, because men's brains recharge by zoning out, and both people want to recharge when they get home from work at about 5 or 6, and girls brains recharge by talking, try to talk at this time with a girl and you both recharge.

What else can I say?  This seems to be an important way to get care for women, and if men can handle it or boys can, why not let a few in?  Don't overstay your welcome, men!
