PSYCHIATRY NOTES

It is quite possible, that the three people who made it biggest in psychiatry were Jung, Freud, and myself.  I think that suggesting a soul personality and the behavior changing potential of the primary personality and magical explosion should be self-evident as possibly true and helpful as well.  Or, that the eternal flame(s), that which comes with and in addition to the soul personality like "no explosion and propensity to commit evil," is a helpful psychiatric concept.  It could be true.  I believe that both are true, and that psychiatry is not complete without this more holistic view.

My previous medication lists were meant to be of the information that is available to me from case studies that could be just me, and these tables are probably not complete.  I think that while our eternal view is that ADD, attention deficit disorder, is more adequately treated by a change of brain or other nervous system, it could be helpful to take adderal, and I suspect so.  

That medication list is about the best I can do, and it is designed for a standard, adult body of male roughly dose 100% and 169-201 pounds, or female at dose 90% and 102-149 pounds.  That means a standard chemistry body.

I also note that I think too many people are under Depakote (personality shrinker with too many side effects) and Abilify (too many side effects and essentially useless for psychiatry) treatment.  I guess that too many doctors ask if you ever heard voices or saw things that were not there.  How could you know?  And, since people routinely lack sleep, especially when they are anxious, should they not also monitor your sleep as the likely suspect?  What is psychosis, really, and how is that helpful to psychiatry?

Finally, I address pain and anxiety relief by:

1) Pain

  a) Codeine

  b) Vicodin or chemical equivelant

  c) Oxycotin, or

  d) Morphine

2) Anxiety

  a) Propanolol

  b) Valium, or

  c) Xanax

These are in their inherent order for pain releif per dose as we see it or anxiety.  They become stronger as the letter becomes later in the alphabet.  These all should be considered as cutting down on the ability to drive a vehicle some and also other mind-altering effects, a high.  So what?  they are also some of the best treatment.

I believe that the dose could be increased or decreased for the amount and intensity of the simulus.  This improves the proper dose and should be available to such patients.  Got it?

I also note that you must accept me possibly sending generic medications at my discretion.  If I say NAME BRAND SAMPLE, that means that.  I have not.

Also, marijuana is JUST THC and not the other cannabolioids so far.

I also note that Xanax appears to be viable sleep therapy from three perspectives:

1) It knocks people out, a straight sleep alternative,

2) Many sleep problems might be ordinary stress that comes forth as anxiety, where Xanax might be the strongest and best solution on Earth at this time, and

3) While dangerous to make a heart go faster and slower, Xanax helps people "come down" from speedy/faster drugs like MDA, MDMA, crystal meth, cocaine, or crack.  This is helpful for getting to sleep when people are ready to do this.

Why do you seem to think that I am insane? I talk to doctors and professionals in mental health that take me seriously. So, I suggest something different than standard medicine. So what? They don't even have batch theory that I have seen that mentions that different companies have different standard medicine, something I have friends that endorse. What gives?

I like you attitude that you will read my work, anything. You could learn a lot and be entertained. Please try to take me seriously, and I have a light skin about being offended over matters such as being claimed to be insane or that I am a laughing matter. Take some time, please, and consider that what I say might be mostly or entirely true.

I might be a chemist and you might have no f*****g idea what you're talking about.... you don't even classify those drugs correctly, you don't identify their fundamental MO, you contradict yourself I mean, you refer to Depakote as a "personality shrinker" and that's fine I think it's over prescribed but not for any of the reasons you give. This looks like conspiracy theory drivel from the mind of a clinically unstable individual. Do doctor or mental health professional takes you seriously, it would be a violation of the Hippocratic oath to allow you to internalize such invalid claims. It's important to understand why things work before you get into alternative care, otherwise, you're just a crack pot. Sorry champ... I really wish this was satirical. I kind of pity in a way I that makes me extra sad.

Thank you for saying that you believe that Depakote is over-prescribed. Why do you think that is the case? You sound like you have some good education.

Don't tell me that no mental health personnel take me seriously. I know that is not true. What's your beef with me? Are you practicing medicine or helping with mental health?

Isn't it the HIppocratic Oath of our dreams that people would consider relevant pyschiatric theory and advise people of it? Who do you think creates souls? And, is it magic? Do they have personalities? If you are using a mood stabilizer like Depakote or, as I say, a personality shrinker (what it really is, I guess) don't you need to consider having God or his angels or whoever you think can do miracles or magic change the soul personality? Maybe, not everybody is created by The Heavenly Host.
