That should do. All wrong recipe to make the formal version of either, but you watch how "made to taste" does a pretty good of "white sauce." Hope you like it! EDITOR'S LATER NOTE: Now, you have a homemade recipe for your parents and siblings. Please be careful not to heat up the sauce too high as the cheese will brown and give an off flavor. Take your time! And, try Munster cheese, another strong one, instead of alfredo or its cousin for another usage of this. What to call that? I guess dried of fresh pasta would do or standard egg noodles or Vietnamese rice noodles. What kind of noodle works best? Udon would be okay. Strangely, I get that strong cheese and standard egg noodles made for this recipe is a best guess, perhaps.
