What is a beginning?

Being too drunk or high to fulfill the obligations of your prostitution contract is one of those.

I don't know.

That somehow you are sober enough to discern a need for sexual services.

Then again, you are presumed to be too drunk or high a short while later

To fulfill those obligations and sometimes with no more drugs or booze.

Where do these these laws conflict the most?

I think at the moment of fulfillment, another hunch.

How can you have a successful orgasm if you are too high or drunk to do that?

Finally, I ask where the most work is needed.

I assume that different laws under one federal government is not allowed to be discussed and that

I would guess on another hunch as this is all that real time poetry allows

When you say that your expert witnesses say that body chemistry is all different, you cannot also say that medicine is all the same!

How can the law conflict with itself, a need for much work, indeed

How can the law conflict so much that another agent of the law is not needed

To reconcile and be the law.
